About Mr. Gary K. Price
Attorney Gary Price is a partner attorney in the firm, where he concentrates his practice in estate and long-term care planning including asset and income analysis for Medicaid pre-planning and crisis cases, Medicaid applications, and Medicaid appeal hearings. Mr. Price also practices in the areas Elder law, probate law, guardianships, estate planning, estate recovery, and estate and trust administration with a focus on asset preservation. Mr. Price has practiced in the area of Elder Law and Estate Planning for over 25 years and is the author of the book, “Medicaid in Indiana.”
Mr. Price is also experienced in intellectual property matters including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret. He is a Registered Patent Attorney admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and is a member of the Indiana and Evansville Bar Associations.
Mr. Price earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1989 and is licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.
